Kristy received her undergraduate degree and a doctorate in economics from the University of Georgia. During her graduate career she focused on Corporate Finance, Investments and Economics.
Kristy was an instructor at the University of Georgia prior to joining a boutique investment consulting firm in Athens, Georgia as a Financial Planning Analyst in 2003. She became the Director of Private Wealth Consulting for this firm in January of 2005 working with clients with $1,000,000 plus portfolios.
Dr. Meeler has served on the management team for a Fortune 500 company, overseeing, training and directing the sales staff with securities licenses. However, her passion has always been working with and educating clients primarily in the Executive, Business Owner/Entrepreneur, and Retiree space. She decided to take the skills she had acquired in being the “CFO” for affluent clients to an underserved market, the client with investment assets of $250,000 and up.
Kristy is very involved in the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce and is currently the Vice President of the Downtown Council.
Dr. Meeler's exam qualifications include the FINRA General Securities Representative (Series 7), Uniform Combined State Law Examination (Series 66) and the General Securities Principal (Series 24) registrations held through LPL Financial.
